Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all custom items are final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes any item made to order or personalized.
Pre-made items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
Refunds will only be issued if:

An item arrives damaged, or

A mistake was made on our end (wrong size, design, or product)
If there is an issue with your order, please contact Marie Oh Three Designs within 5 days of receiving your item, along with photos of the issue, so we can make it right.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
