How to place a custom order?

Custom orders are easy! If you have an idea in mind (design, color, theme, size) just reach out through our contact page, Facebook, or Instagram. Make sure to include as many details as possible, and we will work to bring your vision to life. Once your details are finalized, we can send over a mockup before we bring your vision to life. 

See a design I love, but not in my size? 

No problem at all! All designs can be made in additional sizes.  Simply contact us with an image or description of what you would like and the size you're looking for.

Do you offer bulk or group orders?

Yes! We love creating bulk orders for:

-Teams & Schools

-Family Events

-Weddings & Parties

-Businesses & Organizations

Bulk orders qualify for discounted pricing depending on quantity. Just send us a message with your design idea, quantity, and deadline, and we'll take it from there.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Turnaround time varies based on order type and busy seasons. Most items are completed within 7-14 business days unless stated otherwise. Custom or bulk orders may take longer due to quantity. We will always keep you up to date on your order!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because most items are custom-made, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our end, please contact us, and we will make it right!
